Can we please have an option for when a user places the mouse over an object it can change a value of another object. Such as when i scrub my mouse of theses icons in the menu. I wish it would show the blue of the icon and the bar under the icon. Then when the mouse goes away it will then go back to the black color.

Maybe even like:
Mouse Click - (Action, Screen, Create, Update, Delete)
Mouse Hover- (Change Color, Visibility option like you give us now to show or hide)
Mouse Exit - (Change Color)

this would save time and reduce the need for creating modals, especially when hovering over an icon/or button to gain information before actually clicking it to find out what it does. ---would be great for Web Apps
