Create a mobile video sharing app called HERI TV, similar to TikTok. Users should be able to create accounts, upload short vertical videos, watch videos in a full-screen scrolling feed, like videos, comment, follow other users, and view profiles. Use a modern design with a black background and red accents. The app should be in French. Start with a simple working version for Android. No monetization for now.
