Better support of customers who pay for use Adalo

Now cannot login for 4 days and only thing i hear after sending ticket, we are looking. When i want to login on Adalo site i direct going to stupid Ada (AI) on website Adalo, what i want is to build on my app.
They know my email, my name, copy of paid creditcard for Adalo. Just link name, email and paid subscribtion to my app ( also sent info about that to prove its mine).
I have dammed a app who is in playstore and can now doing nothing for my users. Can not build, cannot fix things, can not produce a update and for that you may pY 65 USD. Unbelievable such a customer support. Never see that in my whole life.
So i am stupid person who paid for building app but customers service do nothing till now. Beter use free or other company guys this is ........

Day 6 passed and still cannot login, still cannot build on my app. 6 days of planning two jobs ruined. People sometimes plan there work. ( There are only 24 hours in a day).
