A user should be able to input a Deep Link URL without having signed in and be able to open a public webpage (with dynamic content) on a Mobile or Desktop browser.

Currently, Deep Link URLs on public pages only work on Desktop browsers (not Mobile browsers), so hopefully this is low effort to make it work on Mobile browsers as well.

My usecase: I'm wanting to provide prospective users a personalized onboarding experience for joining a Community, allowing them to go to a URL on a mobile browser and see a specific Community logo, name, and specific steps for joining that type of community.
